Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance (Private Equity/Venture Capital) — Hamburg

Senior transactional partner sought to lead and grow corporate and finance work from the Hamburg office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions alongside broader corporate and banking mandates, acting on both domestic and cross-border matters.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner with a proven track record in deal execution, client development, and team leadership. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in larger-cap or upper-mid-market private equity/VC are welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a focus on private equity and/or venture capital.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business desirable.
• Track record of leading cross-border deals and managing teams on complex transactions.
• Admission to practise in Germany or equivalent qualification; fluency in German and English preferred.
