Lateral Partner — Corporate / Finance (Private Equity & Venture Capital) — Washington, D.C.

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate and Finance team in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, advising sponsors, portfolio companies and financial sponsors across buyouts, growth financings and related corporate matters.

This is a partner-track opportunity for an established rainmaker who will work with senior deal teams and help grow the firm’s transactional platform in the region. The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions and offers strong institutional support and deal resources.

• Proven partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business; opportunity to expand equity track based on contribution.
• Strong transactional drafting and deal leadership skills across buyouts, growth financings and related corporate work.
• Admission to the bar and eligibility to practice in the U.S.; Washington, D.C. presence preferred.
