Senior partner opportunity in Toronto for an experienced corporate and finance practitioner with a substantive transactional practice. The role is focused on M&A, capital markets and banking-related matters, with scope to advise on real estate and restructuring mandates as needed.

Ideal candidates will bring an entrepreneurial, business-building approach and a portable practice or demonstrable origination record. The team offers a market-facing platform and partnership track with potential for direct equity entry for strong rainmakers.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, securities/capital markets, and/or banking transactions; experience with real estate or restructuring is an asset.
Proven track record of originating and leading matters and developing client relationships; portable book of business or clear pipeline expected.
Entrepreneurial, business-development mindset and ability to grow a practice within a collaborative team.
Admission to the relevant Canadian bar and ability to practice in Ontario.
