Leading international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Vancouver corporate team, with a focus on transactional work across corporate/M&A, banking and capital markets, and real estate. The role offers the opportunity to lead significant deals and advise domestic and cross-border clients.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable transactional practice and a demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationships. The team is open to individual partner hires and small team moves.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in corporate/M&A, banking, capital markets and/or real estate.
Proven business development and client origination record; portable practice desirable.
Experience leading deals and managing teams on complex cross-border transactions.
Admission to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission) and strong commercial judgment.
