Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance, Redwood City (Silicon Valley)

Senior partner-level role in a busy Silicon Valley office seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with a strong finance practice. The role sits at the intersection of private equity and venture capital transactions and will lead client-facing deal work across both corporate and financing matters.

This is a partner-track lateral opening for candidates with a portable practice; the position is structured as a non‑equity partner appointment with a clear pathway to equity partnership for proven rainmakers. You will join a practice handling growth- and sponsor-led transactions for technology and growth company clients.

• Established partner or counsel with significant experience in corporate M&A and finance transactions (private equity and venture/ growth deals preferred)
• Proven track record of originating and leading high-value transactions and managing client relationships
• Portable client base / book of business expected
• Bar admission in a relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Redwood City / Silicon Valley office
