Senior partner-level opportunity for a corporate/finance lawyer to lead and grow a market-facing practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on M&A and related corporate finance work and requires visible senior leadership to raise performance and client delivery across the local team.

The firm seeks an experienced rainmaker who can develop key client relationships, mentor senior lawyers, and help shape strategy and culture for the regional office. Candidates based in Riyadh or Dubai who can relocate or travel regularly will be considered.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and corporate transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage significant client work; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams, improving performance, and developing senior lawyers.
Eligible to practise in Saudi Arabia or able to obtain the necessary authorisations; regional experience a plus.
