Senior transactional partner opportunity with a well-regarded national firm seeking to expand its corporate, finance and securities capabilities in Kansas City. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work across domestic and cross-border matters.

The practice offers a platform to lead deal teams, originate new mandates and collaborate with broader industry-focused groups. The team handles the full transaction lifecycle from structuring and diligence to negotiation and closing.

Candidates with a portable practice or meaningful book of business will be strongly considered; the firm is looking for an established rainmaker who can drive growth in the region.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in corporate, finance and/or securities matters.
Demonstrated track record on private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrated ability to originate and grow business.
Admission to the relevant U.S. bar (or eligibility) and strong commercial judgment.
