Lateral Partner — Corporate, Finance & Securities (Pittsburgh)

Lead a transactional corporate practice advising on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters from the firm's Pittsburgh office. This role suits an experienced partner who wants to run and grow a portable transactional practice across corporate, finance and securities workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a team handling cross-border and domestic deals, working closely with senior lawyers across practices to originate work and manage client relationships. The role offers opportunity to develop a bench of originations and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level transactional experience in corporate, finance and securities matters (private equity, venture capital, capital markets).
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable client relationships preferred.
• Strong drafting, deal-management and business-development skills; able to lead complex, multi-party transactions.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
