Lateral Partner — Corporate, Finance & Securities (Portland)

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Portland with a leading global law firm’s corporate, finance and securities team. The role focuses on representing institutional and corporate clients on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters across the region.

Practice will involve cross-border and domestic transactions, advising on buyouts, growth financings and securities offerings alongside a multi-office platform. The firm is seeking a partner with an established transactional practice and the ability to originate and grow client relationships.

• Established partner-level transactional experience in corporate, finance and securities work (private equity, venture capital, capital markets).
• Demonstrable track record of originating or expanding client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong deal experience across buyouts, growth financings and securities transactions; comfortable working on cross-border matters.
• Excellent client development, business planning and team leadership skills.
