Lateral Partner, Corporate — Fort Wayne

Highly regarded corporate team seeks a lateral partner to join its Fort Wayne office to lead M&A and transactional matters and advise on corporate governance. The role offers hands-on deal work and the opportunity to partner with regional and national colleagues on cross‑jurisdictional matters.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, develop local business, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable business development record is desired.

• Partner-level experience handling M&A and complex corporate transactions.
• Proven record of client relationship management and business development; portable practice preferred.
• Experience advising on corporate governance and transaction-related corporate issues.
• Ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates.
• Admission to practice and standing to practise in the relevant jurisdiction.
