A senior corporate partner opportunity with a large national law firm group based in Fort Wayne. The role focuses on leading complex transactional matters across M&A, general corporate and corporate governance for a diverse client base.

The team advises clients on strategic acquisitions, divestitures and ongoing corporate governance matters. The position offers a chance to lead engagements, mentor attorneys and contribute to practice growth in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions, including M&A and other complex deals.
Track record advising on corporate governance and transactional matters; able to lead engagements from pitch to close.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or capacity to generate new work is preferred.
Active admission to the relevant state bar and strong leadership and mentoring skills.
