Leading national law firm is seeking a partner-level lawyer to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in the Fort Wayne office. The role will focus on advising investment- and asset-management clients and supporting transactional work across funds, investment vehicles and related corporate matters.

This is a front‑facing, client-development role that combines fee-earning matter work with business generation and team leadership. The successful candidate will work with cross‑practice teams and senior firm leadership to grow the practice regionally.

Established partner or counsel with substantial experience in investment management, asset management or related corporate/finance matters.
Demonstrable track record of originating or developing client relationships and managing complex transactions.
Strong commercial judgment, leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across practices.
Portable practice or documented business development capability preferred.
