Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a finance and insurance-focused practice from the firm's Fort Wayne office. The role combines transactional finance work with insurance-related matters (excluding insurer-side coverage defense), advising corporate and institutional clients on deals, financing structures and regulatory issues.

The partner will have client-facing responsibility, mentor junior lawyers and help expand the local practice through business development and cross-office collaboration. This is an opportunity to join a well-established national firm with a significant footprint in the United States.

Established partner with a track record in finance and insurance matters; strong transactional and regulatory experience.
Proven client-development capability; portable book of business welcomed and will be considered in integration plans.
Ability to manage and develop a team and collaborate with national practice groups.
