An established international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Luxembourg corporate team with a focus on fund formation. The role involves leading transactions and regulatory work across Luxembourg-domiciled funds and advising institutional clients on fund structuring and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within a cross-border practice, supervising associates and collaborating with colleagues across Europe. You will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development for the practice.

This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded global firm’s Luxembourg office and shape a growing funds franchise from a senior position; a portable practice or existing client relationships focused on fund formation will be valued.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in Luxembourg fund formation and related corporate work.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and business development in the funds market.
Experience leading deal teams and supervising junior lawyers on cross-border matters.
Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures, regulatory framework and market practice.
