Joining a leading global law firm’s Boston office, this partner role sits at the intersection of corporate transactions, healthcare and life sciences, and technology-related matters. The position will lead and grow a sophisticated transactional and advisory practice, with opportunities across M&A, capital markets and technology transactions.

The team handles cross-border and domestic work, including high-value corporate deals and IP-sensitive matters for clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial services. The role offers substantial client-facing responsibility, business development and the ability to build and mentor a team.

Established partner with a proven transaction-focused practice (M&A, capital markets, technology transactions, or IP-related transactional work).
Portable book of business preferred and ability to originate and grow client relationships.
Track record of leading teams, managing cross-border matters and developing business in target sectors (healthcare, life sciences, technology, financial services).
Licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction and comfortable working on multi-jurisdictional matters.
