Partner-level experience with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets transactions
Demonstrated sector experience in healthcare and life sciences, technology, or financial services
Experience handling technology transactions and IP-related matters, including coordination with litigation teams
Portable client relationships and the ability to originate and grow business; team leadership experience preferred
