An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow its corporate practice in New York, with particular interest in healthcare litigation (non–medical-malpractice matters) and transactional work. The role supports an expansion of the firm's New York footprint and offers immediate workflow support from existing teams.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative partner group that emphasizes doing the work and rewards billable contributions. The firm is open to discussing equity and non‑equity partnership arrangements and offers flexibility on client rates to help develop or transition a book of business.

Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships (portable book expected).
Experience in healthcare litigation (not medical malpractice) and/or corporate transactional work (M&A, PE, capital markets, venture transactions).
Interest or experience in land use & zoning or real estate matters is a plus for New York-based candidates.
Collaborative approach to client service; comfortable working within a team-oriented credit/allocation model.
