Ample-opportunity Phoenix office seeking a lateral partner to join a multi-disciplinary corporate and healthcare practice. The role will sit at the intersection of M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and health‑care/life‑sciences matters, supported by litigation and IP capabilities.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in target industries (healthcare, life sciences, technology, financial services) and collaborate across national offices on cross-border and complex transactional matters.

This is a partner-level role for candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable senior client relationships in the relevant sectors.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A and/or capital markets) with significant work in healthcare, life sciences or technology sectors.
Track record of originating and leading matters; ability to bring or grow client relationships (portable book preferred).
Experience working with cross‑practice teams including IP and litigation on complex deals and disputes.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to become licensed; strong business development and leadership skills.
