Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego downtown office to grow a cross-disciplinary corporate practice. The role emphasizes M&A, capital markets and emerging-growth work across healthcare, life sciences, technology and related sectors.

The ideal candidate will have an established transactional practice and the ability to partner with IP and litigation teams on complex, sector-focused matters. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative office with national and international dealflow and to help expand client relationships in the region.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions — M&A and/or capital markets, with sector focus in healthcare, life sciences or technology
Track record of originating and leading client matters; portable practice preferred
Ability to collaborate with IP and litigation teams on integrated matters
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the San Diego office
