An established international law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen and grow its corporate practice in Seattle, with significant emphasis on M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth companies and technology transactions. The role will also collaborate closely with the firm’s healthcare, life sciences and intellectual property teams on transactional and IP-related matters.

The position is a rainmaking role: the firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice who will lead client development, mentor junior lawyers, and work cross‑practice on complex deals and financings. This is an opportunity to join a global platform while remaining based in Seattle.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A and capital markets; experience with technology and life‑sciences clients preferred.
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships and to bring a portable practice.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
