Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to strengthen corporate capabilities across healthcare, life sciences, technology and related industries. The role will focus on complex M&A and capital markets work, emerging-growth and technology transactions, and high-value IP and commercial litigation matters.

The team advises issuers, private equity sponsors, strategic buyers and growth-stage companies on transactional and regulatory issues. Candidates with a portable practice that spans corporate deals, capital markets, and industry-focused regulatory or IP work will be especially competitive.

Established partner with a track record in M&A, capital markets and corporate transactional work.
Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services; experience with IP-related transactional or litigation matters a plus.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong leadership and practice-building skills; comfortable working on cross-office and cross-border matters.
Active admission to practice and ability to be admitted in the hiring jurisdiction as required.
