Senior hire opportunity for a partner to join a full‑service practice in Sacramento. The role will lead and expand transactional and advisory work across corporate/M&A, capital markets, life sciences and healthcare, and technology‑related matters, with scope to collaborate with IP and litigation teams.

The team is focused on market sectors including healthcare and life sciences, technology companies, and emerging growth clients; the role involves business development, cross‑office collaboration, and responsibility for originating and executing complex deals and transactions.

Established partner with a strong record in corporate/M&A and capital markets; experience with life sciences/healthcare and technology clients preferred.
Proven ability to bring and grow client relationships; portable book of business beneficial.
Experience with technology transactions and familiarity with IP‑related commercial or litigation issues a plus.
Admissions/ability to practice in California or meet local licensing requirements; excellent leadership and business development skills.
