Senior lateral partner opportunity with a global law firm’s San Diego office to lead and grow corporate, healthcare and technology-related practices. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions, with substantial crossover into healthcare and life sciences matters and related IP and litigation work.

The successful candidate will join an established platform and help expand regional and sector coverage, working with cross‑office teams on transactions for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines origination, deal execution and team development.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions, with emphasis on M&A and capital markets.
Demonstrated work with technology, life sciences/healthcare or financial services clients; experience in tech transactions and IP-related matters preferred.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Ability to collaborate with national and international teams and to lead client engagements from intake through closing.
