Well-established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a transactional corporate and intellectual property practice with a strong focus on energy and life sciences matters. The role emphasizes M&A, private equity-related transactions, corporate governance, and IP strategy across transactional matters.

The partner will handle high-value deals, lead client relationships, and collaborate across practices on cross-disciplinary matters. This is an opportunity for an experienced partner with a portable practice to join a busy transactional platform and help expand regional and national client work.

Partner-level experience handling M&A, private equity, and transactional corporate matters
Demonstrated IP experience in transactional settings; familiarity with life sciences-related IP a plus
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
Track record leading deal teams and managing complex transactions; strong drafting and negotiation skills
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
