Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Greenville)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice in the Greenville office with a focus on corporate work, intellectual property (including patent litigation) and related commercial litigation. The role is a rainmaking position: the team is prioritizing partners who can grow or bring a portable practice and collaborate across offices in the southeastern U.S.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice platform that handles M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth matters and complex IP disputes. The group emphasizes cross-office collaboration, flexible billing approaches, and build-out of regional capabilities.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or IP litigation, with significant casework or transactions handled at a senior level
• Proven business development and client-originating ability; portable practice preferred
• Track record on M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth or patent litigation matters
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Greenville area; willingness to collaborate regionally
