Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Houston)

Seeking a Partner to join a full-service office in Houston with a focus on growing corporate, intellectual property (including patent litigation), and litigation practices. The role emphasizes client origination and collaboration across transactional and contentious matters.

This is a partner-level opening for candidates with an established, portable practice who can help expand regional and national capabilities. The firm values lawyers who work cross-functionally with emerging growth/startup clients, corporate governance matters, and complex IP and ERISA-related disputes.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate, IP (including patent litigation), or complex litigation practices
• Proven, portable book of business and strong client origination record preferred
• Track record of managing and developing teams and cross-practice collaboration
• Licensed or able to practice in Texas (or willing to seek admission)
