Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Las Vegas)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice with established Corporate, Intellectual Property and Litigation capabilities. The role will focus on building and leading matters across M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth companies and IP litigation, collaborating with existing teams across U.S. offices.

The firm is prioritizing partners with a portable practice and demonstrated client relationships who can contribute to growth in the western U.S. market. The position offers flexibility on structuring compensation and billing arrangements and opportunities to work with cross‑office deal and litigation teams.

Located in Las Vegas with support from broader regional offices; candidates should be prepared to engage with colleagues across offices to expand practice coverage and originate work.

• Experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong track record in Corporate and/or Intellectual Property matters (transactional and/or litigation).
• Portable practice or demonstrable client origination and business development capability preferred.
• Proven experience on M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth/startup matters and/or IP litigation.
• Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to a growing multi‑practice platform.
