Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to grow established Corporate and Intellectual Property practices, with particular emphasis on patent litigation and high-value corporate matters. The role will involve handling complex IP disputes, M&A and governance matters, and advising growth-stage and institutional clients.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and expand client relationships. The position offers collaboration across national offices and opportunity to build a regional platform on the West Coast.

• Established partner with a demonstrable portable practice or book of business
• Substantial experience in patent litigation and/or high-end corporate work (M&A, corporate governance)
• Proven track record of business development and client retention
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and experience managing teams and matters
