Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Phoenix)

Senior partner opportunity with a national law firm seeking an experienced lateral partner to be based in Phoenix. The role will focus on growing corporate and intellectual property litigation practices, with priority given to partners who can bring a portable client base and who have proven origination and client-management capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in M&A and corporate governance work, or in patent and IP litigation; the firm is also open to high-performing partners from ERISA/employee-benefits and mass-torts practices. The position offers cross-office collaboration and flexible compensation structures tied to contribution and origination.

• Established partner with a portable client base and demonstrable business development track record
• Substantive experience in corporate transactions, corporate governance, or IP/patent litigation (senior-level expertise)
• Ability to collaborate across offices and develop a regional or national practice
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions
