Lateral Partner — Corporate / Intellectual Property / Litigation — Reno

Established, multi-practice law firm seeks a partner to join its Reno office to lead and grow corporate, intellectual property and commercial litigation work. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility, collaboration with transactional and IP litigation teams, and opportunities to develop new client relationships across the firm’s regional platform.

Ideal candidates will have a portable partner-level practice and the ability to originate and manage matters across M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth company work and IP/patent disputes. The firm supports cross-office collaboration and partner entrepreneurship while providing institutional resources for complex matters.

• Established partner with proven track record at a law firm or in-house; demonstrable portable client relationships preferred
• Substantive experience in one or more of: M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth/startups, intellectual property and patent litigation
• Strong business development and practice leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
