Lateral Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (M&A, Energy) — Boulder

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Boulder office to lead and grow an integrated corporate and intellectual property transactional practice. The role focuses on M&A and private equity transactions with a significant life sciences and energy component.

The successful candidate will handle complex deals, cultivate client relationships, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across corporate, IP and energy practices. A track record of originating or bringing a portable practice will be viewed positively.

• Partner-level experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions, preferably with life sciences and/or energy matters
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice a plus
• Strong experience coordinating between corporate and IP teams on transactions
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and admitted to the bar; JD or equivalent required
