Lateral Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (M&A/PE) — Las Vegas

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to grow a transactional corporate and intellectual property practice focusing on M&A, private equity and life‑sciences matters. The role combines deal experience across corporate transactions, corporate governance and technology/IP issues, with opportunities to advise on energy‑sector and other transactional matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to originate and lead engagements, work closely with cross‑disciplinary lawyers, and help expand relationships in the region. A portable book of business and a demonstrated track record of partner‑level client development are welcomed.

• Proven partner‑level experience in M&A and private equity transactions with additional IP and/or life‑sciences transactional experience
• Experience advising boards and senior management on corporate governance and complex deal structures
• Established client relationships and demonstrated ability to originate and grow business (portable book of business welcome)
• Strong leadership, team management and business development skills
