Leading global law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to support expanding Corporate, Technology and IP practices. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work, emerging-growth and technology transactions, and IP litigation and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will help originate and develop client relationships, work across national and sector-focused teams (including life sciences, technology, financial services and energy), and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level role for an experienced attorney with a portable practice or strong origination potential.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A and/or capital markets), technology transactions, and/or IP litigation/transactions
Proven track record of originating or significantly developing client work; portable book of business preferred
Experience working with cross-office or sector-focused teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in the U.S.; availability to be based in or relocate to Phoenix
