Lateral Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property, Walnut Creek

Highly regarded national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and expand its Corporate and Intellectual Property practices from the Walnut Creek area. The role will involve leading client engagements, originating work, and collaborating across transactional and IP litigation teams.

Competitive opportunity for candidates with a portable practice or an established book of business. The firm maintains multiple West Coast and Southeast offices and is open to partners who can contribute to regional growth or help seed a local office.

• Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions, IP (including patent/IP litigation), or related practice areas
• Portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Experience managing teams and leading complex matters
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to meet mobility/office-location expectations
