Lateral Partner — Corporate / IP / Antitrust — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established cross-practice team in Washington, D.C. The role will blend corporate transactional work with contentious IP and antitrust matters, supporting clients in private equity, life sciences and technology sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and proven experience handling patent litigation and antitrust disputes alongside M&A and private equity transactions. The team offers collaborative, market-facing work across litigation and corporate desks.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters, ideally with transactional M&A exposure
• Established portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record
• Experience advising clients in life sciences, technology or private equity preferred
• Strong trial or litigation leadership and team management skills
