Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Tysons office and help grow one or more of the corporate, intellectual property (including patent litigation) or employment practices. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and collaboration with offices across the U.S.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice or established client relationships and will work with firm leadership to develop cross-office opportunities. The team handles a mix of transactional, IP litigation and employment/ERISA matters and values a partner who can both originate work and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in corporate transactions, IP litigation or labor & employment matters.
Portable practice or proven ability to originate and grow client relationships.
Experience leading matters, managing teams and mentoring associates.
Comfort working collaboratively across multiple U.S. offices and contributing to business development initiatives.
