Lateral Partner — Corporate & IP Litigation, Greensboro

Seeking a partner to join a well-established practice and help lead growth in corporate and intellectual property litigation work. The role will handle complex M&A, corporate governance and patent litigation matters, working with a cross-office team focused on the southeastern U.S.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice who can bring client relationships and originate new work; there is flexibility around compensation structure and partnership terms. This is a leadership position with opportunities to collaborate across multiple offices and to shape a growing corporate/IP platform.

• Partner-level experience in corporate and/or IP litigation, with a proven record of leading matters and managing teams.
• Demonstrable client relationships and history of business origination; portable book welcomed.
• Expertise in M&A, corporate governance and/or patent litigation (experience with emerging growth/startups a plus).
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent client-management skills and the ability to collaborate across offices.
