Partner, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Greensboro

Senior lateral partner opportunity to join well-established Intellectual Property and Corporate practices in the firm's Greensboro office. The role is focused on patent and IP litigation plus corporate work and offers significant client-facing and leadership responsibility within a busy regional platform.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice and proven rainmaking ability; the firm is open to partners with established books of business and encourages cross-office collaboration across its U.S. network. Compensation structures and equity participation are flexible and considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Established partner with a strong track record in IP (including patent litigation) and/or corporate matters
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client development history
• Experience leading matters and mentoring teams; comfortable collaborating across offices
• Active bar admission and good standing; excellent written and oral advocacy skills
