Lateral Partner — Corporate / IP Litigation — New York

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its New York office to strengthen its corporate and intellectual property litigation capabilities. The role is focused on originating and handling complex M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth matters and patent/IP disputes, working collaboratively across offices.

The firm is open to partners with a portable practice and proven business-development ability; there is flexibility on office location and on compensation structures. You will work with cross‑disciplinary teams and have the opportunity to help grow and, where appropriate, help establish or expand regional presence.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and proven record of client origination
• Substantial experience in corporate transactions (M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth) and/or IP litigation, including patent litigation
• Strong business development, client-management and team leadership skills
• Comfortable working across offices and flexible compensation arrangements
