Senior partner opportunity in Raleigh for an experienced corporate and intellectual property litigator. The role will focus on advising corporate clients on complex transactions and representing clients in patent and IP disputes, while also helping grow the regional practice.

The firm is looking for a partner able to bring a portable practice and to originate work across corporate, M&A and IP litigation matters. You will collaborate with cross-office teams in the Southeast and nationally to expand client relationships and develop business.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions and/or intellectual property litigation
Proven track record of business development and ability to bring a portable practice
Experience leading deal or matter teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Strong client relationship skills and readiness to work collaboratively across offices
