Lateral Partner — Corporate & IP Litigation, Silicon Valley

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate and intellectual property litigation practices in the Silicon Valley area. The role will focus on high‑value M&A, corporate governance and emerging‑growth work alongside patent and IP litigation matters.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a demonstrated track record of client development. The team is flexible on office location across the firm’s West Coast footprint and welcomes partners interested in collaborating to grow local presence.

• Established partner with substantial experience in corporate transactions and/or IP litigation (patent litigation a plus)
• Proven client development skills and experience managing a portable book of business
• Experience advising on M&A, corporate governance and emerging‑growth matters
• Ability to lead matters, mentor lawyers and collaborate across offices
