Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Securities, Philadelphia

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow a busy Philadelphia practice focused on corporate transactions, capital markets and technology-related matters with a strong intellectual property component. The role will involve originating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions, advising emerging growth and technology clients, and handling IP transactional and litigation strategy in coordination with cross‑office teams.

The practice is expanding across multiple U.S. offices and internationally; the successful candidate will work with both local and national/ global teams and have the opportunity to build a portable practice or integrate an existing book of business. The team values commercial judgment, client development, and collaborative client service across disciplines.

• Established partner with demonstrable track record in M&A, capital markets, and/or technology transactions; IP experience or IP litigation familiarity preferred.
• Proven client development and origination ability; portable practice or clear business development plan expected.
• Strong transactional, drafting and negotiation skills; experience advising emerging growth/technology companies and issuers advantageous.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience working on multi‑office or cross‑border matters.
