Senior transactional partner opportunity in Houston for an experienced corporate lawyer with significant experience in M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role sits within a multi-practice team that also handles IP litigation and technology transactions and will work closely with national and international offices.

The firm is growing its corporate and technology practices and seeks a partner who can lead transactions, support client relationships across emerging growth, life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, and help expand the local platform. Portable client relationships and demonstrable origination/relationship skills are welcome.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A and/or capital markets, with transactional technology or IP experience preferred
Proven client development and relationship management skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience advising emerging growth/startup and/or sector clients (technology, life sciences, energy, financial services)
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Houston office
