Seeking a senior partner to join a major international law firm’s Seattle office to lead and grow cross-practice work in corporate M&A, capital markets, emerging growth/venture and technology transactions, with a complementary intellectual property litigation and transactions capability. The role will involve originating and managing complex transactions and disputes for technology, life sciences, financial services and other commercial clients.

Ideal candidates will build and lead a team, collaborate across practice groups, and work with regional and global colleagues to expand fee-generating work. The position offers a platform to develop regional market presence while leveraging an established global platform and client base.

Experienced partner with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Demonstrable experience handling IP litigation and transactional IP matters desirable.
Proven business development and client origination skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is beneficial.
Strong team leadership, client management and cross-practice collaboration skills; admitted or able to admit in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
