Major international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen both its corporate transactional and commercial litigation capabilities in Boston. The role is intended to expand team capacity across private equity, venture capital, M&A and complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on cross‑border and high‑value matters.

The firm is particularly interested in acquiring established teams or partners with a demonstrable portable practice and deep sector experience (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive). The position will work closely with US and international practice groups to develop regional market opportunities.

Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation, with a portable practice or the ability to bring a team.
Established client relationships and a history of originating or leading significant matters.
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
