Major U.S. office seeks a lateral partner to join a cross-practice Corporate and Litigation team in Chicago. The role will advise on complex transactional matters and related corporate governance and dispute issues for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The position offers an opportunity to lead client engagements, develop a portable practice, and work with established deal and disputes teams across practices and jurisdictions. The team is looking for someone who can bring or grow a transactional and governance-focused client base while contributing to broader litigation strategy when matters arise.

Established partner with substantial experience in M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable book of business is strongly preferred.
Track record of leading transactions and coordinating with litigation teams on related issues.
Admitted to practice in Illinois (or eligible to transfer admission) and able to work from the Chicago office.
