Seeking a lateral partner to join a major global firm’s Dallas office to lead corporate transactional work and related commercial litigation matters. The role will combine deal-side practice (M&A, governance and commercial transactions) with responsibility for managing dispute risk and litigation strategy for corporate clients.

The position requires an experienced rainmaker who will cultivate and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups and offices on cross-border matters. The team handles sophisticated, market-facing work for corporate clients across industries.

Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client origination track record
Substantial experience in M&A, corporate governance and commercial transactional work
Proven capability handling or coordinating commercial litigation matters tied to corporate transactions
Licensed to practice in Texas (or able to transfer) and able to work from the Dallas office
Strong leadership, client management and business development skills; experience mentoring teams
