Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Baltimore office across corporate, finance and commercial litigation practices. The role focuses on both high-value transactional work and major commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The office is prioritizing team hires to grow transactional capacity and bolster litigation capabilities. The appointment will contribute to an office with active market engagement across the U.S. and key international markets.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Track record in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
Preference for portable practice or the ability to bring a team; firm is prioritizing group hires over single hires.
Strong client development skills and experience working on cross‑jurisdictional matters with U.S. and international exposure.
