The role will handle cross‑practice matters including M&A, corporate governance and related transactional work, while coordinating with litigation teams on disputes connected to corporate matters.

The partner will take a visible client‑facing role, manage and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and help develop the local practice. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national and international capabilities.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and related transactional work, with complementary exposure to corporate litigation.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and developing business.
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates and collaborate across practices and offices.
Bar admission and standing appropriate for practice in Texas (Houston).
