Major international law firm is growing its Houston platform and seeks an experienced partner to join its corporate and litigation roster. The role is aimed at transactional partners with energy or infrastructure adjacency who can both originate and execute cross-border deals and disputes.

The successful candidate will contribute to a market-build in Houston, working with teams across the U.S. and U.K. on project finance, structured finance, and complex commercial matters. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines client development with high-level deal work.

Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable book of business.
Proven experience in transactional work with energy, infrastructure or project finance aspects; commercial litigation exposure a plus.
Track record of origination and client relationship management at a senior level.
Authorized to practice in the U.S.; willingness to be based in Houston and to collaborate with national/international teams.
